About Nichole

Nichole Harrison is the CEO and Founder of God To My Rescue Ministries and Nichole HB Productions, organizations dedicated to encouraging and empowering women to grow in faith, purpose, and confidence through Christ.

​

She also leads Fearless Women of God, a women’s Bible study ministry that equips women with biblical truth, spiritual encouragement, and community. The ministry hosts virtual Bible study gatherings on Microsoft Teams on the 1st and 3rd Mondays from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.

​

Nichole is passionate about creating spaces where women can be spiritually strengthened through Christian women's events, retreats, and faith-based empowerment experiences. Her mission is to encourage women to trust God's process, embrace their purpose, and walk boldly in the calling placed on their lives.

Nichole Harrison brings over 15 years of progressive experience in clerical and administrative leadership, along with more than 5 years of dedicated service in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in recruitment strategy, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

​

Nichole holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Her professional expertise includes consulting, recruitment and selection, workforce planning, and outsourcing. She is passionate about developing strategic HR initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and cultivate positive workplace cultures.

Beyond her corporate experience, Nichole is deeply committed to ministry and community engagement. She serves as the event planner for quarterly Christian fellowship events, as well as biennial women’s retreats and formal banquets designed to inspire and uplift. She works alongside a dedicated team of family and friends, including her husband, Chef Mike, who provides exceptional catering services for these gatherings. Her daughter, a Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and her other daughter who holds a bachelor's degree in business admin and pursuing her master degree in cyber security. They are all an integral part of her support system.

Prior to relocating, I was a faithful member of Gloucester County Community Church in Sewell, New Jersey. That season of spiritual foundation and growth played an important role in shaping my walk with Christ and my heart for ministry.

 

Our Cleveland Church Home

 

My family and I have been faithfully attending Christ Culture Church, located at 15 Severance Circle in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. After relocating from New Jersey to Cleveland Heights in April 2025, the Lord led us to begin attending several months later.

 

Christ Culture Church is an amazing Bible-teaching church led by Head Pastor Klen and his wife, Audrey. Their leadership, dedication to sound doctrine, and commitment to building God’s Kingdom have truly been a blessing to our family.

 

Since becoming a part of this ministry, I have experienced the Lord’s transformation more and more each day. Through the power of the Holy Spirit at work in and through my life, I have experienced true spiritual growth through God’s Word, the Holy Bible. My prayer life has deepened, my time of devotion has become more intentional, and my service unto the Lord has strengthened as I continue walking in the purpose for which He created me.
