By checking the acknowledgment box during conference registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following policies.
 

1. Registration & Refunds
 

All conference registrations and ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the host organization cancels the event. Registration transfers may be permitted with prior approval.
 

2. Admission & Check-In

All attendees must present a valid registration confirmation or ticket at check-in. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may experience delayed seating during active sessions.
 

3. Schedule & Attire
 

Conference sessions, speakers, workshops, activities, and locations are subject to change as necessary. Attendees are expected to wear respectful, appropriate attire for a faith-based women's event. Specific attire themes may apply to certain activities.
 

4. Photography & Media Release
 

By attending, you grant God To My Rescue Ministries and Nichole HB Productions permission to photograph, record, and use your image, voice, or likeness in event-related promotional materials, social media, websites, and ministry communications.
 

5. Code of Conduct
 

Attendees are expected to demonstrate respect, kindness, and appropriate behavior toward fellow attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, and venue personnel. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct may result in removal without a refund.
 

6. Personal Belongings & Safety
 

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The host organization and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All attendees must follow venue safety guidelines.
 

7. Vendors & Solicitation
 

Approved vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, transactions, and setup materials. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the host organization cancels the event. Unauthorized sales, promotions, flyer distribution, or solicitation are prohibited without prior approval.
 

8. Guests & Access
 

Conference admission is limited to registered attendees unless otherwise specified. Unregistered guests may not be permitted to enter designated conference areas or participate in activities.

1. All Sales Are Final
 

All book and Bible study purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or changes of mind.
 

2. Physical Books & Printed Bible Studies
 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
 

3. Digital Downloads
 

All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased or accessed due to the immediate delivery of digital content.
 

4. Preorders
 

All preorder purchases are final. Estimated release and shipping dates will be communicated when available. If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, customers will be contacted regarding an appropriate resolution.
 

5. Product Availability & Shipping
 

Shipping and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, processing times, and carrier schedules. Customers will be notified of significant delays when applicable.

We take pride in preparing delicious, home-style meals and appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
 

1. Preorders & Payment
 

All food orders must be submitted in advance. Full payment is required before food preparation begins. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and the order has been accepted.
 

2. All Food Sales Are Final
 

Due to the nature of food preparation, perishable ingredients, and the time involved in preparing each order, all food sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun.
 

3. Order Accuracy
 

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections, quantities, pan sizes, and special requests before submitting payment. If there is an issue with an order, please contact us promptly so we can review and address the concern.
 

4. Delivery Only
 

All food orders are available by delivery only. We do not offer customer pickup at our preparation location.

Delivery fees are separate from food purchases and are based on the delivery distance. Applicable delivery fees will be confirmed when the order is placed.
 

5. Minimum Delivery Order
 

A minimum food purchase of $75 is required for delivery. Delivery fees are additional and are not included in the minimum food order amount.
 

6. Order Notice
 

Please allow at least 48–72 hours' advance notice for regular orders. Holiday and special occasion orders may require additional notice depending on availability and demand.

By completing a registration or purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable policy associated with your selected product, service, or event.
