Registration, Refund & Event Policy

By registering for any event, expo, conference, workshop, retreat, or experience hosted by God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Registration Policy

 

All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Space may be limited depending on the venue capacity.

Registration fees help cover event-related expenses including, but not limited to, venue rentals, supplies, marketing, guest accommodations, and programming costs that are incurred in advance of the event.

 

Refund Policy

 

All registrations and ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds will only be issued if God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions cancels the event. If an event is canceled by God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Failure to attend the event

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Late arrivals or early departures

• Travel-related expenses incurred by attendees or vendors

• Dissatisfaction resulting from circumstances beyond the control of God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions

 

Event Changes & Modifications

 

God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to any event when necessary. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Event dates

• Event times

• Event locations

• Speakers and presenters

• Workshop offerings

• Programming schedules

• Vendor participation

• Seating arrangements

• Refreshments and menu selections

• Event activities and experiences

 

While we strive to provide advance notice whenever possible, all event details are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Vendor & Business Packages

 

All vendor, exhibitor, advertising, and business package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions.

Businesses are responsible for providing their own tables, table coverings, display materials, and signage unless otherwise specified within their selected package.

Vendor placement will be determined at the sole discretion of God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions. Premium and preferred placement opportunities are subject to availability.

 

Photography & Media Release

 

By attending our events, attendees acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By registering, attendees grant permission to God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions to use photographs and video footage that may include their likeness for promotional materials, social media, websites, and future event marketing without compensation or additional consent.

 

Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

 

In the event of severe weather, emergencies, venue-related issues, acts of God, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event when necessary.

 

Should an event require rescheduling, registrations may be honored for the new event date at the sole discretion of God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions.

 

Agreement

 

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies and procedures.
