Is a story of how a young girl misinterpreted the meaning of love based on a sexual experience where she was exploited as a child. The mental abuse is comparable to the physical trauma experienced. The need for healing, deliverance, and restoration of innocence is evident as you turn the pages.
The main character represents many females who have been touched inappropriately. Her story provides hope that things can get better. Freedom from guilt, shame, and stigmatizing behavior is on her pathway. As you experience the many emotions conveyed on the pages by the various characters, the ability to identify them and their struggles speaks to the heart, mind, and spirit.
