Q: Tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Nichole Harrison, and I am passionate about helping women discover their God-given purpose while equipping them with practical tools to grow personally and professionally. I believe God has given each of us unique gifts, talents, and experiences that can be used to serve others and make an impact in our communities.

Professionally, I have dedicated my career to helping people find meaningful employment, build confidence, and achieve career success. Through my ministry, I desire to combine faith with practical career development so women leave encouraged, equipped, and empowered.

Q: What experience do you bring to this workshop?

I bring a combination of education, Human Resources expertise, healthcare administration experience, and ministry leadership.

My background includes:

• Associate of Applied Business Administration (A.A.B.A.)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.)

• Human Resource Management education

• More than 4 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience

• More than 15 years of healthcare administration experience

• Experience recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing employees

• Experience organizing conferences, women's retreats, networking events, leadership workshops, and community outreach initiatives

Meet Yazmine Reid, BSN, RN

Healthcare Professional | Event Assistant | Healthcare Career Resource Specialist

Q: Tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Yazmine Reid, and I have always been passionate about caring for others and serving with excellence. Throughout my healthcare journey, God has faithfully guided me every step of the way, teaching me the importance of perseverance, compassion, and lifelong learning.

I understand what it means to begin at an entry-level position and continue growing through education, dedication, and hard work. My hope is to encourage women who may be considering a career in healthcare by showing them that every step of the journey matters and that with faith, determination, and commitment, great opportunities are possible.

Q: Tell us about your educational journey.

My educational journey reflects my commitment to continuous growth and professional excellence.

I earned my Associate Degree in Health Science from Cleveland State University, strengthening my knowledge of healthcare and patient-centered care. While pursuing my education, I worked as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), gaining valuable hands-on experience caring for patients.

I continued my nursing education at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), where I earned my Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential and later graduated as a Registered Nurse (RN). Committed to lifelong learning and advancing my career, I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

My journey has taught me that every step—no matter how small—prepares you for the next opportunity God has for your life.

Q: What healthcare experience do you bring?

Throughout my career, I have gained experience in a variety of healthcare settings and roles, including:

• Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Registered Nurse (RN)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Today, I serve patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and have experience in acute care, home healthcare, and other nursing environments. These experiences have allowed me to see firsthand the many rewarding career opportunities available within the healthcare profession.

Q: What's something people may not know about you?

Outside of nursing, my greatest passion is serving God and encouraging other women in their walk with Christ.

Here are a few fun facts about me:

✨ I lead a Christian Bible study for millennial women, creating a space where women can grow in their faith, build authentic relationships, and encourage one another through God's Word.

✨ I proudly serve as the Event Assistant for God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions, where I help plan and coordinate events that inspire, equip, and encourage women in our community.

✨ I believe learning never stops. From beginning my career as a Home Health Aide to becoming a BSN Registered Nurse, I've embraced every opportunity to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.

✨ Mentoring and encouraging women who are interested in pursuing careers in healthcare and reminding them that every step of their journey has purpose.

✨ My favorite reminder is that God often prepares us for our calling one faithful step at a time.
