Hello Community Connections Expo & Fall Festival Guest!

Thank you for being a part of the Community Connections Expo & Fall Festival, presented by God To My Rescue Ministries Nichole HB Productions!

We are excited to welcome you for an evening filled with community connection, networking, local businesses, food, laughter, entertainment, line dancing, raffles, giveaways, and fun!

Come ready to connect with others, discover local businesses and community resources, support entrepreneurs, enjoy dinner, have some fun, and possibly do a little shopping for yourself or someone you love now or for the holidays coming up!

DATE: Friday, September 25, 2026 VENUE: VFW Post 1082 ADDRESS: 343 Northfield Road, Bedford, OH 44146 GUEST DOORS OPEN: 3:15 PM EVENT CONCLUDES: Approximately 8:45 PM

COMMUNITY GUEST CHECK-IN

When you arrive, please go to the Registration/Check-In Table before entering the main event area.

At registration, you will receive:

1. Your Vendor Passport Activity Card Your passport will have the participating vendors listed for you to visit.

2. Your Pre-Selected Meal Information Your meal selection will be connected to your registration so our team can keep dinner service organized.

3. Two double-stub Raffle Tickets

Your two raffle tickets will be attached to your passport card.

Please keep your passport and raffle tickets with you throughout the evening.

VENDOR PASSPORT ACTIVITY

The Vendor Passport is designed to encourage you to visit and connect with the businesses and organizations participating in the Expo.

Visit the participating vendor tables and have each vendor sign, initial, or mark your passport in their designated area.

Once you have completed your passport activity, hold onto your completed card.

RAFFLE DRAWINGS

Later in the evening, you will have an opportunity to place half of your two double-stub raffle tickets into the designated raffle basket for a chance to win available gift cards, prizes, and giveaways.

Please listen for announcements regarding when and where to submit your raffle tickets.

Please keep your raffle tickets with you until the raffle portion of the program.

EVENING ITINERARY

3:15 PM – Doors Open / Social Hour & Networking 3:15–7:00 PM – Hand & Chair Massages by Total Relaxation LLC 4:00 PM – Light Refreshments 5:00 PM – Buffet-Style Dinner 6:00 PM – Comedy Show featuring Joey ZSA ZSA 6:30 PM – Comedy Show featuring Shenequa Rogers 6:45 PM – Raffle Drawings, Door Prizes & Special Announcements 7:00–8:45 PM – Line Dancing, Music, Social Hour & Networking

DINNER

Dinner will be served buffet-style at approximately 5:00 PM.

To help us keep the buffet line moving, guests will be called according to their pre-selected meal choice.

Meal choices include:

Caribbean Chicken Alfredo
Curry Chicken with Rice
Beef Hot Dogs
Shrimp & Pasta

Please listen carefully for your meal selection to be announced.

PARKING – IMPORTANT

The event is being held at:

VFW Post 1082 343 Northfield Road Bedford, OH 44146

DO NOT PARK IN THE VFW HALL'S IMMEDIATE PARKING LOT.

That lot is reserved, and vehicles parked there may be subject to towing.

FREE PARKING: Please park in the designated parking lot across the street on Forbes Road.

For your safety, use the crosswalk at the traffic signal when walking from the parking lot to the hall.

A FEW REMINDERS

Please bring your passport activity sheet with you throughout the evening.

Please keep your two double-stub raffle tickets until the event volunteers come around to have you drop one half into the raffle basket prior to the raffle portion of the program.

There will be no tickets sold at the door, so please make sure your ticket is secured before arriving.

Event programming and timing may be adjusted as needed to keep the evening flowing smoothly.
